Wesal — Egyptian Registered Company
- Wesal is an Egyptian registered company operating an online classifieds and business platform.
- Wesal is a technical intermediary for displaying content and communication — not a party to any sale or purchase between users.
- Wesal does not own the listed products or services and does not guarantee their accuracy or quality.
User Responsibility
- The advertiser is solely responsible for the listing title, description, price, photos, condition, and ownership.
- Listings must be clear, genuine, and not misleading.
- Users are fully responsible for protecting their account and password.
Prohibited Content
- Publishing any content violating the law, public morals, or third-party rights is prohibited.
- Fraud, deception, and concealment of material information are prohibited.
- Publishing content that violates intellectual property or privacy is prohibited.
- Wesal reserves the right to reject or delete any violating content without prior notice.
Wesal's Disclaimer on Transactions
- Wesal is an electronic intermediary only — it bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of any product or service.
- We strongly advise completing inspection and delivery in safe public places.
- Never pay any amount before personally verifying the product.
- Any dispute between users is the sole responsibility of the parties involved — Wesal cannot be held liable for any compensation.
Paid Services
- Paid services include: listing promotion, company packages, and banners.
- Service period starts from activation date, not the first viewing date.
- After service activation, refunds cannot be claimed simply due to change of mind or low engagement.
- Wesal does not guarantee a specific number of views or sales for any paid service.
Applicable Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
- In case of any legal dispute, jurisdiction is referred to the competent Egyptian courts.
- In case of conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
Listings from Public Sources
- The site may display listings sourced from publicly available information on the internet as a service to users.
- Data such as phone numbers and images are voluntarily published by their owners in public spaces.
- If you are the owner of a listing and wish to have it removed, contact us via the "Contact Us" page and we will remove it promptly.
